Consultation and proposal

I will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return for your Home Improvement investment dollars. I will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and getting those all-important "first impressions." We will discuss a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home. I will give you a quick demonstration of my work, and show you what a difference home staging makes, by transforming a room in your home. I will also give you the photos of this redesigned room to use in your marketing efforts.

"Top Ten" Priority Report

Our "Top Ten" Priority Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra help. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things you, the seller, should do right away to increase the value of your home and obtain a faster sale

1/2 Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less then 2000 square feet. I will be working from the 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent's marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent's marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. You'll walk away with a show-ready home. You won't believe the difference a day can make! I will also create a marketing show for the Realtor's use. Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself. We'll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan. We'll also email you "Do-It-Yourself" guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

(Covers up to 2000 square feet plus additional $100 for every extra 1000 square feet) The "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Manual is an extensive, 30+ page report detailing all of the actions Shamay Staging & Redesign would take to transform your home as well as tips and tricks from the pros.
